Head of Facilities Management and Technology, Schule Buchlern, 100-100 %

Due to the retirement of the current job holder, Schule Buchlern is looking for a suitable personality as Head of Facilities Management and Technology starting from 01 January 2027. Schule Buchlern currently comprises well over 350 young people distributed across 18 secondary classes. The school is surrounded by a lot of greenery and has a large playground as well as a hard court. We are in a strong growth phase and the resulting spatial planning requires a high degree of flexibility from all those involved. In addition, Schule Buchlern will become an all-day school in 2028. In this context, there will be a renovation project starting from 2027. Tasks ## • Overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the school buildings including their surroundings • Leadership of the cleaning and operations staff (currently 7 people) including deployment planning in the peps.NET system • Responsibility for the control and monitoring of the facilities, especially during construction phases • Function of the safety officer (SIBE) • Support of school operations and cooperation with the school management, the school staff, the Schulamt of the Stadt Zürich, as well as the Kreisschulbehörde Letzi Profile ## • Completed vocational training as well as a qualification as a facility manager with federal diploma (eidg.
