YOUR CHALLENGE: You take responsibility for the entire store - from team leadership to sales growth. You coach and develop your team, recognize talents, and promote them specifically. The inviting appearance of your store is close to your heart. You have the most important numbers in sight: sales, stock management, inventory, and cash are fully under your control. You are not only a team leader but also a salesperson with heart and soul and act as a role model with your positive mindset. Customer loyalty is not a foreign word to you - you ensure top customer experiences and long-term relationships. YOUR SKILLS: You have completed vocational training in retail, preferably with further education in sales or management. You are a sales professional and have several years of experience motivating and developing a team. You know the advantages and characteristics of a dynamic industry and ideally bring knowledge from the telecommunications industry.
