To strengthen our team, we are looking for a social pedagogue in the function of after-school care management or a specialist in care at the Betreuung Maienstrasse and Wehntalerstrasse, starting with the launch of our day school on 10.08.26. Tasks ## • You support the care teams with your socio-pedagogical expertise in everyday life and keep a cool head even in challenging situations • You work a workload of 40% on 4-5 days per week, additionally you work approx. 2-3 weeks per year in holiday care • You work with primary school children (up to 6th grade) and accompany them in regular operations, in holiday care, as well as in care on school-free days Profile ## • Degree as a social pedagogue FH or HFS; social worker FH or HFS; teaching diploma for the compulsory school level, university degree with a major in social pedagogy, pedagogy or educational sciences; EFZ specialist in care, dipl. childcare worker, social pedagogue EFZ, social companion FA (for applications with a foreign diploma / specialist certificate, Swiss diploma recognition must be mandatorily attached) • Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive view of people • Flexibility as well as very good teamwork and communication skills • Enjoyment in dealing with people of different cultures and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team • Professional experience in family-complementary care is an advantage We offer ## • A varied, versatile and independent activity • A multicultural, exciting environment • Competent support through the Leitung Betreuung • Progressive salary and social benefits according to the guidelines of the Schul- und Sportdepartement of the Stadt Zürich (Horte) Apply Apply About us ## We are a large school community in Zürich-Nord with 19 schools. We derive our pedagogical stance from the concept of New Authority and thus meet the daily challenges in everyday school life together and effectively. In the Betreuung Maienstrasse and Wehntalerstrasse, up to 140 students in lower and middle school age are fed and cared for daily. The care facilities are open from Monday to Friday, 12.00 - 18.00. During school holidays, you work in the Betreuung Maienstrasse.
