For the real estate division of a leading European Asset Manager, we are looking for an experienced personality for client representation in development and realization. The Development & Construction team manages high-quality new construction, conversion, and renovation projects within the assigned real estate portfolio -- including coordination with Asset Management, Transactions and Fund Management.

Your tasks

• Development and realization of new construction, conversion and renovation projects
• Setting up and managing the project organization with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategies for properties: preservation of substance, investment and yield optimization
• Client representation towards planners, contractors / general contractors and authorities
• Construction trust: awarding, management and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• Overall project management in preparation and execution
• Analysis of purchase offers (plots and buildings) regarding area potential and investment requirements

Your profile

• Completed degree in architecture or structural engineering
• Supplementary training in business administration or real estate
• Experience in the economic and technical conception of project developments
• Several years of leadership of project developments and construction projects
• Strategic, networked and analytical thinking
• Structured, efficient and independent way of working
• Very good negotiation skills and quality awareness
• High communicative competence and very good presentation skills
• Good German, French and English skills
