Pricing Actuary (P&C) Reinsurance

For our client, a reinsurance company in Zürich, we are looking for a Pricing Actuary (P&C) Your tasks for growing together Support of the client's non-life market business through comprehensive actuarial analyses of reinsurance contracts, customer relationships, and markets. In particular, pricing of reinsurance contracts and support of market underwriting in underwriting decisions. Technical support in the further development of actuarial models and pricing tools. Participation in technical exchange with brokers and customers as part of renewal preparations and contract negotiations. Engagement in cross-functional projects within the group. Your roots and strengths Completed studies in mathematics, physics, or a comparable course of study. Additional actuarial qualification (SAV, DAV or similar is an advantage). Experience in pricing in Property and Casualty reinsurance. Ideally programming knowledge (e.g., Python, R or comparable) as well as SQL knowledge; willingness to independently develop and further develop software tools. Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working; willingness to work deeply into new topics. High communication skills, commitment, initiative and team orientation, customer-oriented thinking and acting. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; further languages are an advantage.
