In the investment real estate sector, we are specifically expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, sales-strong personality who will competently support our clientele - from valuation and advisory to a successful closing.

For the Zurich and Central Switzerland region, we are looking for, by arrangement, as additional reinforcement a/an:

Your areas of responsibility

• Independent support and advisory of owners and investors in the field of investment real estate
• Valuation of multi-family houses, yield properties, commercial properties, and building land
• Active acquisition of new mandates as well as maintenance and expansion of the existing customer network
• Sale and marketing of investment properties throughout the entire transaction process
• Market observation and sound preparation of decision-making bases for clients
• Representation of SSFO AG at client meetings, viewings, and networking events throughout Switzerland

Your profile

• Completed studies in economics or in the real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry (no career changers)
• Specialist training: Real Estate Marketer with Federal Diploma (eidg. FA), CAS Real Estate Valuation, or comparable qualifications
• Strong interest in the real estate industry
• Enjoyment of customer contact, pronounced sales skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Languages: German (French and English an advantage)
• Willingness to travel
• Driver's license Cat. B, own car necessary
