What you drive ###

• During the absence of the Managing Director, you assume responsibility
• The implementation of the defined strategy, the standards and guidelines
• The entire operational business, from employee leadership to financial responsibility
• The representation of the business to the outside, including local marketing

What you bring ###

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialization: Hotel/tourism school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic education with federal certificate of competency and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector, G1-G3
• Professional experience: Leadership experience in gastronomy
• Very good MS Office skills
• A passion for the role of host. Service to the guest is central to you, you implement this service philosophy without compromise and are a role model.
• German (C1)
• Italian (A2)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
