Your passion
In this responsible position, in cooperation with a colleague, you will take over the overall management of your Kibe network. This includes the technical and personnel management of the associated Kitas and family centers. You share responsibility for the financial result, occupancy, the staffing plan, as well as the further development of the network within the framework of the given specifications. In doing so, you ensure high pedagogical quality and design efficient processes in close cooperation with relevant interfaces. You also develop and implement practical concepts, guidelines, and standards. You observe current developments in early childhood education and derive future-oriented measures from them. As part of the Executive Board, you actively participate in strategic, company-wide issues. You maintain exchange with internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, educational institutions, partner organizations, and represent the network professionally internally and externally.
Your profile
You have a professional or university degree in the business administration and/or pedagogical field or a comparable training or further education. You already have several years of professional and leadership experience. Your sound business administration knowledge, your experience in the pedagogical environment, and your conceptual skills enable you to competently develop the Kita network further.
As a leader, you think and act entrepreneurially, structurally, and in a solution-oriented manner. You enjoy actively shaping things, are assertive, flexible, and resilient. Your networked thinking, your initiative, and your commitment distinguish you as much as your high social competence. You communicate clearly, deal constructively with conflicts, and enjoy working in a team. A service-oriented attitude completes your profile.
