In this technical role, you will work at the interface between IT systems, business processes, and customer projects. Our client accompanies organizations from various industries in the introduction of modern Enterprise Content Management and document management solutions. You can expect a collegial environment with short decision-making paths and varied customer projects. Your challenge In this role, you will work on implementation projects in the ECM/DMS environment and take responsibility for technical implementation. Together with customers, you will analyze existing processes and requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and implement them within the system landscape. In doing so, you accompany projects throughout the entire project cycle – from analysis and conception to realization, introduction, and further development of the systems. A central component of your activity is the installation, configuration, and parameterization of ECM and document management solutions as well as their integration into existing IT environments. Solutions for Input Management, which digitize and structure document input, as well as platforms for workflow control, document management, and audit-proof archiving, are used. In close cooperation with customers and internal specialists, you will conduct tests and training and support users during the introduction and ongoing operation of the systems. Your qualities and talents Completed studies (FH / Uni) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable training in the IT environment Several years of experience in technical (implementation) projects as well as at least two years of practice in the ECM/DMS environment Sound knowledge in the configuration and parameterization of applications as well as a good understanding of IT system architectures Basic knowledge in scripting and in handling databases (e.g., MS SQL or Oracle) Structured, reliable way of working and enjoyment in implementing technical solutions in a practical manner Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and high written competence Willingness to work regularly on-site at customers Very good German skills as well as good English skills round off your profile Do you want to actively implement technical ECM and document management solutions and accompany customers on their way to digital information processing?
