Temporary Springer - Apartment Seeker

We, a customer of LumVia, urgently need an apartment in Zürich or the surrounding area (10-20km). LumVia accompanies people with support needs ambulantly and personally in people's everyday lives (www.lumvia.ch). Your tasks: • Get to know the customer and their needs, and acquire and request all documents • Edit and continuously update the apartment list (Excel) • Search for and visit apartments (high flexibility) • Register for the customer • Contact property managers • Provide feedback and exchange with the customer (WhatsApp, phone) • Report to the employer You: • are socially engaged or in social training • prove to be reliable and flexible • are contact-friendly and engaged • have a high degree of personal responsibility and are independent We offer: • Temporary position for 2 months • CHF 30.- per hour • ZVV 09:00 Uhr Abo all zones for 2 months • Team support (group chat) We would be very happy to get to know you and to tackle this important and responsible task together with you and accompany you.
