Junior Specialist-/in Mortgage Support, 80-100% What to expect You are the first point of contact for the customer advisors of VZ VermögensZentrum for questions regarding real estate and mortgages. You will be trained in the real estate sector and will get to know the entire Mortgage Center as well as all services in detail. You support our real estate sales team in arranging viewing appointments. You advise our customers by phone and email about our services. You support the advisors from simple clarifications to complex issues and are in close contact with the specialist departments within the Mortgage Center. Administrative tasks round off this exciting job profile.
