For our location in Wiedikon, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist Child EFZ 80% as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Monday is a fixed working day for this position. Fixed term: 01.10.2026 or by arrangement until 31.03.2027 Your tasks Loving and professional care and accompaniment of the children in everyday life Co-creation of a varied and child-friendly group everyday life Observation and individual promotion of the children according to their development Active cooperation with parents, team and other specialists Taking on responsibility in the group everyday life as well as support with organizational tasks What you bring with you Completed training as Childcare Specialist Child EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training Joy in working with children and interest in their individual development Sense of responsibility, initiative and an independent way of working Joy in working in a team Good German language skills in speaking and writing What awaits you with us A warm and supportive team with real cohesion A good staff-to-child ratio for a high quality of care Open communication and flat hierarchies Space for own ideas, co-creation and further development Modern premises and good public transport connections An additional day off for your birthday Gifted holidays between Christmas and New Year Interested?
