Tasks ## • You lead the Technical Services team with professional, personnel, and organizational responsibility and promote cooperation as well as a sustainable use of resources. • You are responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of all technical systems - from HVAC to elevators and fire protection systems to the outdoor areas. • You ensure compliance with safety regulations, take on the function as SIBE fire protection officer, and conduct internal fire protection training. • You plan and accompany technical projects, manage budgets, monitor service contracts, and coordinate external service providers. • You advise residents and caregivers on technical questions, support daily business as well as operational events, and perform on-call duty to make everyday life safer and more comfortable.
