Tasks You are responsible for ensuring qualified nursing services according to contemporary nursing and treatment approaches and delegating tasks efficiently to employees with different levels of competence. You take on nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding care situations. You provide support to residents and their relatives during phases of illness and in challenging moments. You accompany and promote apprentices and students from various educational areas in the health and social sectors on their way to developing their competencies. You are significantly involved in shaping the department goals to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation.
