Account Manager \- International Health Insurance IT / EN / DE (100%) Account Manager – International Health Insurance IT / EN / DE (100%) To strengthen our Private Clients Service Team, we are looking for a committed individual to take over an existing international client portfolio. In this role, you will support our international private clients with administrative and insurance-related matters regarding international health and pension solutions. The main language of the portfolio is Italian, while English is our internal business language. Tasks Support of an existing international private client portfolio in the area of Health \& Protection Organization and execution of annual renewals in cooperation with insurers Coordination and processing of Medical Claims Organization and processing of Guarantees of Payment (GOPs) with medical service providers Administrative management of policies, contract mutations, and client inquiries Communication with international insurers, medical service providers, and internal interfaces Participation in client and broker meetings as well as support at external events What you bring with you Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification Several years of experience in the insurance sector or in Client Account Management VBV certificate is an advantage Business fluent or native level in Italian and English Good German skills, ideally an advantage Structured, independent, and reliable way of working Enjoyment of direct client contact and strong service orientation Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility We offer Responsibility for an established international client portfolio A varied activity in the international insurance environment Collaboration with insurers and partners worldwide An experienced and motivated team with short decision-making paths Modern working conditions in the heart of Zürich Attractive employment conditions About ASN ASN – Advisory Services Network AG is an independent consulting firm based in Zürich Enge.
