Then we are looking for you as Store Manager to support our team in the Zürich store Your mission You lead by example and see yourself as an ambassador of the SABO brand You manage the store operationally and ensure smooth processes in daily business You love to continuously develop your team and motivate them to achieve peak performance As a sales talent with great empathy, through active participation in sales, you always enable a unique shopping experience for our customers You are responsible for the definition, communication and monitoring of goals as well as personnel deployment planning You are responsible for the preparation, implementation, documentation and follow-up of employee appraisals You organize inventories and are responsible for their correct implementation Your profile At least 2 years of professional experience in store management and in a leadership role Passion for sales and customer service Hands-on mentality: You like to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility Result-oriented way of working, understanding of trade-specific KPIs and an eye for detail Proficient handling of MS Office as well as common POS systems Very good German and English skills Last but not least, you are just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, can identify with the SABO brand and want to make a difference together with us!
