For the demanding new construction project of a larger residential building in the city of Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager A exciting and complex project with 170 apartments in different typologies awaits you. We are looking for an interested person with high design standards who is responsible for the implementation of the project from the construction project. You bring the following requirements: • Higher professional degree in Architecture ETH/ FH • At least 5 years of execution experience in Switzerland • Experience in organizing and managing complex construction projects • Skilled in design issues and high constructive understanding • Independent, structured and strategic way of working • Leadership skills, communication and team skills • Proficient knowledge in handling ArchiCAD • Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing We offer you a exciting and responsible position in a committed team and grant a high degree of freedom for creativity and co-design.
