Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You support the department management in technical and organizational leadership tasks, take co-responsibility for personnel deployment planning, accompanying new employees, as well as promoting team development • You actively participate in ensuring and further developing laboratory quality, implement quality standards, and contribute to Shared Governance committees or specialist groups • You participate in projects and change processes in the highly specialized environment of the immunology laboratory/the DPM and specifically contribute your technical expertise to innovation and optimization projects • You support the fulfillment of target specifications according to the strategies and the annual goals according to the specifications of the DPM and the Klinik für Immunologie • Co-responsibility for the basic, advanced, and continuing education of the subordinate employees as well as for their professional development • Constructive promotion of cross-professional internal and external cooperation and communication • You actively work in routine and contribute your technical knowledge Your profile • Completed training as a Biomedizinische:r Analytiker:in HF or Biomedizinische:r Labordiagnostiker:in FH, preferably with leadership experience or a degree as an Expert:in biomedizinische Analytik und Labormanagement • Experience in the field of immunology is an advantage • High motivation to continuously develop the field of immunology in cooperation with the department management • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility • Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels • Familiar with the use of digital media, good German language skills in speaking and writing Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
