Job Description ## • Leadership, coaching, and further development of a sales team • Responsibility for revenue, growth, and new customer targets (Switzerland + Europe) • Active support of strategic customers and key accounts • Leading complex price and contract negotiations • Close cooperation with production, project management, and international locations • Further development of sales processes and KPI management • Operational participation in daily business according to the principle -"Lead by Example" The Successful Applicant ## • Several years of leadership experience in sales • Proven B2B sales experience in a Tier-2 component environment, ideally automotive • Technical background or good technical understanding for products requiring explanation • Experience in the sale of components or technical assemblies • Successful work with long sales cycles, RFQs, and customer-specific development projects • Hands-on mentality as well as strong customer orientation • Languages: English fluent, (Swiss) German B2/C1 • Willingness to travel within Europe as well as occasionally internationally What's on Offer ## • Swiss SME with an international orientation • Total package of approx.
