YOUR MISSION? You are Mama's favorite person when it comes to People & Culture! 👵👴💖

As the most important connection between the General Manager and the central People & Culture team, you are responsible for the entire personnel management and personnel administration of our house.

You are the HR ambassador for a team of around 60 talents and create the warm, crazy, and friendly atmosphere for which Mama is known. Our teams should feel perfectly taken care of with you at all times. 🙋♀️🙋♂️🤝 You ensure that our employees experience the real Mama ✨ Experience, and create a positive and inspiring work environment in which everyone can grow. 🌟😊 You are responsible for the entire payroll 💰 and are the first point of contact for various external organizations and partners. You recruit new talents 👥 and support our department heads 🏆 both in their role as leaders and in their daily operational tasks.
