Partner Assistant in the Private Clients area (100%)
Interesting tasks:
You support our partners and associates with diverse administrative and organizational tasks such as opening mandates, maintaining client dossiers, coordinating internal and external meetings and the organization and implementation of marketing activities;
Processing of contracts, memoranda, presentations and other documents in English and in German;
Preparation of legal pleadings;
Management of the secretariat (including appointment coordination, organization of meetings and business trips) and conducting telephone calls in German and English;
Management and coordination of invoicing;
First point of contact for clients, internal and external partners.
Your profile:
Commercial or comparable basic training;
Experience as a legal assistant is a prerequisite;
German as a native language as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least Cambridge FCE diploma);
Very good MS Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint skills;
Fast and exact way of working, high reliability;
An optimistic, positive and interested attitude as well as an independent way of working. Much tact and the ability to respond to the needs of a wide variety of target groups and communicate with them;
Desire to constantly learn new things and to repeatedly take on new projects and tasks.
