Are you used to working as a team player in a dynamic environment with different stakeholders? As a specialist in controlling, you will provide advisory support to our general agencies on all financial matters. You will be the key contact person for financial planning, liquidity, and annual accounting, and will proactively develop controlling further. You can also bring your enthusiasm for numbers and your ideas to various projects. What you do • You are the contact person for the financial management of a general agency, continuously improve existing controlling processes, and ensure their implementation. • You coordinate contractual and financial issues of the general agencies with different internal departments. • You are familiar with contractual and compensation-related topics in agency sales and continuously develop them further. • You actively participate in projects, contribute to other internal initiatives, and prepare content in a management-friendly way. What you bring • University degree or training as a trustee, as well as at least three years of experience in a service-oriented function. • Enthusiasm for financial controlling and the ability to communicate successfully with different stakeholders. • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, even under time pressure and with multiple topics at the same time. • IT affinity and good knowledge of MS-Office applications; PowerBI knowledge is an advantage. • Excellent German; French or Italian language skills are an advantage.
