In this versatile key position, you will take responsibility for a demanding real estate portfolio as well as the strategic and operational further development of the area as Head of Real Estate ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Strategic and operational leadership as well as further development of the real estate portfolio • Independent management and implementation of real estate, construction and development projects • Responsibility for the professional management of the real estate portfolio • Contact person for authorities, tenants, owners, craftsmen as well as external partners • Contract management including rent collection as well as processing of legal cases with specialists • Preparation of heating and service charge statements, budgets, reportings and annual financial statements • Planning, monitoring and ensuring the long-term value preservation of the properties • Steering and control of external property management companies and service providers • Technical and personnel leadership, promotion and coordination of employees as well as leading meetings and assemblies Qualifications & Competencies • Completed further training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate trustee or comparable) • Several years of professional experience in real estate management and/or real estate management • Leadership experience an advantage • Experience with different construction projects • Good knowledge of contract law, tenancy law as well as business management issues • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working • Confident handling of MS Office and common real estate management systems (ImmoTop an advantage) • Negotiation skills as well as proficient German language skills Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a responsible leadership function with great creative freedom, an exciting and versatile real estate portfolio, short decision-making paths as well as a dynamic and professional working environment.
