For one of our customers, we are looking for a Construction Foreman for New Construction (m/f) Your future tasks: You will be responsible for conventional formwork activities. You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting. You will handle the formwork and stripping of walls, ceilings, and stairs. You will be responsible for the concreting and compaction of concrete. Distribution of work to each team member Monitoring work progress Leading the production meeting every morning Reviewing plans and preparing work for the next day Reviewing daily hourly reports You will ensure that the applicable safety standards are complied with. Your profile: You have proven experience in construction in Switzerland or abroad. You have good German skills. You are independent and versatile. You have proven experience in team leadership. You preferably have a completed apprenticeship as a mason, training as a foreman or site manager, or similar proof. Ability to anticipate demanding situations and make quick decisions Great organizational skills and sense of order.
