Pflegefachperson HF/FH 50-100 % Your tasks You care for patients with para- and tetraplegic or neurological diseases in acute situations and in the rehabilitation process As a primary caregiver, you actively help manage the rehabilitation process of the patients and regularly exchange information within the interdisciplinary team regarding developmental steps and objectives You support patients and relatives in their difficult situation, accompany the processing period and provide support during reintegration into everyday life You act preventatively against complications, carry out patient education and also accompany and instruct relatives Your profile You have a degree as a dipl.
