For the health, sports, culture, and workshop buildings sector, we are looking for an experienced for the Properties department as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement Tasks ## • You assume responsibility for the properties entrusted to you regarding their usability, functional safety, value preservation, costs, and operation • You ensure the timely, lifecycle-, demand-, and cost-appropriate monitoring as well as the maintenance of the properties assigned to you, as well as their strategies, and are responsible for the safety of these facilities • You are responsible for the accuracy of the master and area data of the properties • You develop sophisticated problem solutions and take over the management of projects or sub-projects • You act as a contact person and technical support for the heads of Housekeeping and Technical Services Profile ## • Higher education degree in Facility Management / real estate sector or similar further training in the construction sector and in business administration • Preferably several years of practical experience in Facility Management and in the management of demanding interfaces as a Property Manager*in • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working as well as the ability to coordinate operational tasks efficiently • Advanced knowledge in cost control and multi-year planning • Clear and target-group-oriented communication skills, strong team orientation, and a high service orientation We offer ## An attractive working environment, contemporary employment conditions with good social benefits, and a structured induction.
