Your role, your influence ###

• Development and implementation of scalable test strategies for traction systems to ensure maximum reliability in fleet operations
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from engineering, production, and quality assurance to optimize test processes
• Analysis and ensuring of system reliability through precise fault diagnosis and continuous improvement of test methods
• Contributing new ideas and technologies to increase innovative strength in the field of rail technology
• Transfer of expertise through training and mentoring within the team

You will work with dedicated, competent teams on complex challenges that shape the future of mobility and ensure a seamless integration of business and technology.

What you bring ###

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of rail technology, test engineering, or related fields
• Sound knowledge in test automation, power electronics, and rail standards
• Understanding of safety-critical systems, fault analysis, and validation methods
• Teamwork skills, structured way of working, and willingness to take on responsibility
