Your future begins here # As an Application Manager, you are responsible for the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous development of complex applications in the banking environment. You take end-to-end responsibility for your services and ensure that they meet customer requirements as well as the agreed service levels. In doing so, you manage the cooperation with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal specialist departments and ensure efficient coordination of all parties involved. Thanks to your experience in Application Management & Application Operations, you coordinate incidents, problems, changes, and releases throughout the entire lifecycle and guarantee a high service quality. With your understanding of test execution/management, service monitoring, and agile working methods, you identify optimization potential early on and actively drive the continuous improvement of our services. Job Highlights • End-to-end responsibility for the operation, further development, and support of business-critical banking applications in modern cloud, cluster, and container environments • You define and document the future Application Management & Application Operations tasks, including clear responsibilities, interfaces, and handovers between the teams. • Management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and specialist departments.   Your Skills ## • Further education or a higher degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science • Very good German and English skills • Several years of experience as an Application Manager, Application Owner of applications and peripheral systems • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and service-oriented operating models • Experience in test management and in the quality assurance of applications • Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and agile working methods • Strong communication skills as well as high personal responsibility With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
