The Kita Paradies is looking for a motivated and committed personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You provide individual and collective care within the framework of the pedagogical concept. • You promote self-reliance and independence, linguistic, motor, and cognitive development, as well as integration into the group. • You can help shape a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life that gives the child security and enables the development of trust. • You independently undertake delegated tasks, such as settling-in periods, targeted observations, co-designing parent events, passing on information within the team, to parents, and to specialists. • You instruct learners in consultation with the vocational training officer of the Kita. The childcare division of the Soziale Einrichtungen und Betriebe operates 11 Kitas, a crisis intervention group and a residential group for toddlers, a family meeting point, and "accompanied visitation offers" at two locations for families in conflictual separation situations in the City of Zürich. The Kita Paradies in the Gesundheitszentrum Entlisberg in Wollishofen is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The Kita is surrounded by a garden with varied play opportunities and a small animal zoo on the premises.
