Experte/in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, Betriebsökonom/in FH/HF or have an equivalent qualification with a sound business administration and/or fiduciary orientation. * You bring several years of professional experience in the fiduciary, finance or consulting environment and have already worked with demanding mandates as well as different customer needs. * You have very good knowledge of national and international accounting standards such as Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, US GAAP or HGB and apply them confidently in everyday professional life. * You have experience with group structures, consolidations, complex reporting as well as the preparation and transition of financial statements for international corporate groups. * You appear to customers at different decision levels in a confident, sovereign and committed manner and know how to convey even complex content clearly and in a solution-oriented way. * You think entrepreneurially, recognize business potential and bring the motivation to actively develop existing customer relationships and help shape new mandates. * You work independently, structured and reliably, maintain an overview even with high complexity and set priorities with a strong sense of quality. * You value direct customer contact, convince through service orientation and act proactively, responsibly and with high initiative. * You are a team player, communicative and cooperative and bring the willingness to contribute to an interdisciplinary environment and pass on your expertise. * You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; further language skills are an advantage.
