Your tasks ## • You proactively advise interested parties regarding suitable rental offers • You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with prospective tenants and landlords • You conduct viewings of the rental properties with interested parties • You create and manage object, property photos and 360° video tours of properties • You select suitable prospective tenants in cooperation with property management • You create rental agreements and support the creation of mandate offers as well as the development of marketing measures • You organize and conduct rental events (incl. reporting) • You support the vacating of properties due to renovation or demolition Your profile ## • You have completed training as EFZ specialist in customer dialogue or EFZ commercial clerk • You bring professional experience in direct customer consulting • You are digitally savvy and, advantageously, have knowledge in Sales Force • You possess a driving license Cat.
