In this versatile role, you will combine state-of-the-art Microsoft 365 technologies with the requirements of the finance and controlling departments. You will develop innovative solutions, automate processes, and drive digital transformation together with the specialist departments. 02 Your Task ## • Engineering, operation, and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform with a focus on Finance & Controlling • Analysis, conception, and implementation of solutions for the digitalization and automation of financial processes • Development and support of solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) • Administration and further development of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive • Management of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, as well as Identity and Access Management • Integration of Microsoft 365 with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Dynamics 365 Finance, or comparable systems) • Collaboration on migration, rollout, and cloud transformation projects • Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell • Implementation of security, compliance, and governance requirements within the Microsoft 365 environment • Advising and supporting the Finance and Controlling departments during the introduction of new solutions • Creation of technical documentation as well as conducting workshops and training sessions 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further education • Bistro or canteen • Independent organization of daily business • At least 5 weeks vacation • Modern workplace • Regular team-building measures and company events 04 Your Profile ## • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the engineering and operation of Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with finance and controlling processes (FI/CO) as well as their digitalization • Ideally experience with SAP FI/CO, Dynamics 365 Finance, or comparable ERP solutions • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation • Experience in the area of Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Governance • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills as well as good English skills • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, PL-900, or comparable) • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Services • Knowledge of Azure Services and hybrid cloud architectures • Experience in project management or technical sub-project management 05 Useful Information ## • A responsible position with a lot of creative freedom • Exciting digitalization and cloud projects • Modern Microsoft technologies and innovative working methods • Flexible working hours as well as hybrid working • Attractive social benefits and at least five weeks vacation • Individual further education and certification opportunities • Collegial working environment with short decision-making paths • Centrally located workplace in Zürich with very good public transport connections
