Your main tasks • Supporting our client's management in forming opinions and decision-making with reliable data and analyses • Advising and supporting management in strategic and operational planning • Co-designing optimal business processes and organizational structures • Carrying out and evaluating feasibility studies (economic, ecological, social) • Advising on existing and new projects with a global vision • Coordination and alignment of different interests with company objectives • Implementation of business strategies to optimize internal processes • Close collaboration and coordination with ICT architecture roles • Application of process architecture frameworks (e.g., BPMN) taking into account regulatory requirements Your profile • Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering sciences or equivalent • Deep understanding of business processes, organizational design and business management • Solid experience in process modeling (BPMN) and enterprise architecture frameworks (ideally TOGAF or ArchiMate) • Strong analytical skills, sharp negotiation skills and great persuasiveness • Experience in budgeting, accounting and steering with KPIs • High personal initiative, dynamism and constant orientation towards results • Very good knowledge of German and English Start date: From October / November 2026 Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich Region / Canton of Aargau Please send your complete application documents to jobs@kurath.ch.
