Our client is a flourishing, Swiss niche market leader with ten employees at the location between Winterthur and Zürich. The small, highly specialized plant engineering company develops, produces, sells, and maintains demanding individual solutions and standard devices for the construction sub-sector. In the sense of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an independent, assertive, and customer-oriented personality for overall responsibility.

Managing Director

A self-motivated, committed, and communicative all-rounder personality is offered the opportunity here to lead a healthy company and develop it further in the long term.

Your main tasks

• Care for and expansion of long-standing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new projects
• Advising installers, architects, and engineers as well as clients and operators
• Development of solution approaches and concepts as well as preparation of the corresponding offers
• Project management, design, production planning and control
• Personnel leadership and motivation
• Development and implementation of the company strategy

Your profile

• Technical training, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration
• Affinity for the construction industry and plant engineering
• Strong advisory competence with a customer and sales focus
• Good German skills, possibly French skills
