At our two locations in Zürich-Nord and Oberwinterthur, we offer around 1'800 people living and living space in approximately 550 apartments as well as a versatile range of services and a wide spectrum of commercial spaces in which over 175 people work.

To strengthen our property management team, we are looking for a reliable, committed and independent personality for our sites in Oberwinterthur and Zürich Oerlikon who takes responsibility and also keeps an overview in demanding situations. In this versatile role, you will make an important contribution to the smooth operation of our properties and, together with the team, ensure that our residents and commercial tenants feel comfortable every day.

Your tasks

• Independent management of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio
• Responsibility for the entire rental process of apartments and commercial spaces, incl. viewings, acceptances and handovers
• Support of our cooperative members in all rental matters
• Technical management of caretaker services and administration
• Planning and coordination of property maintenance incl. requesting offers, budgeting and cost control in consultation with the department management
• Invoice control and accounting
• Processing and handling of damage and insurance cases
• Communication and coordination with internal and external contact persons
• Representation of the owner in conciliation proceedings after consultation
• Support and substitution in our other sites
• Participation in evening events as part of the cooperative's participatory processes
• Participation in research projects as well as in reporting, data collection and statistics

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training with further education as a Real Estate Manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and real estate accounting
• Proficient German in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
• Good industry-specific IT knowledge, experience with AbaImmo an advantage
• Independent, responsible and resilient personality
• Team player, empathetic and service-oriented
• Experience with new construction projects, renovation planning and defect processing an advantage
• Interest in sustainability and environmental topics as well as our net-zero goals
• Experience in a cooperative environment an advantage
