IT architecture plays a key role in this undertaking. As the right hand of the Head of IT Architecture, we are looking for the Head of the Architecture Office.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for all governance processes of the IT architecture and the governance boards (IT Architecture Board, Platform Core Team Board)
• Further development, implementation, and communication of the IT architecture Target Operating Model
• Establishing and orchestrating the "Community of Practices" for the federated architecture organization
• Creation of the IT landscape report and derivation of measures
• Leadership and further development of the IT architecture inventories
• Budget planning and control for the IT architecture area
• Personnel leadership of a small team

Your profile

• Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field of study
• Business administration supplement (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
• Profound specialist knowledge in IT architecture as well as extensive experience in a banking environment of comparable size and complexity
• Solid technical fundamentals, ideally based on practical experience in software development
• You convince with the ability to develop and communicate strategies and with assertiveness
• Distinct skills in communication and stakeholder management
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
