In this versatile management function, you assume responsibility for the operational leadership, quality assurance, and the further development of our security services.

You work closely with your subordinate sector heads (order and lodge service managers), group heads (shift leaders), the internal specialist departments, other service providers, as well as our customer, and ensure a professional and smooth process.

You are responsible for:

• Functional and human leadership as well as operational control of subordinate employees
• Responsibility for professional, solution-oriented, and reliable operational personnel management
• Conducting job interviews as well as assessing operational suitability and deployment capability
• Conducting individual meetings, probationary and annual reviews, internal training, as well as the introduction and accompaniment of new management
• Control and continuous updating of job descriptions, service, work, and procedural instructions
• Creation and maintenance of deployment plans, object organigrams, and assignment specifications
• Checking of order confirmations
• Participation in audits, evaluations, and quality assurance measures

Your competencies:

• Willingness to work irregular hours as well as operational presence if required
• Several years of experience in the security sector (possession of FSB; Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Security)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1), knowledge of another national language or English (minimum level A2)
• Strong communication and social competence as well as the ability to interact professionally and appropriately with different people
• Strong intercultural sensitivity and a respectful, open approach to different personalities and backgrounds
• Personal maturity, sound professional experience, and resilience
• Strong personal responsibility, reliability, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness as well as the ability to take on a convincing role model function through professional appearance
• You possess a valid residence permit as well as a clean record (no entries in the debt enforcement and criminal registers)
