Experienced Property Manager (m/f/d) Commercial 80-100%, Ref. 7123S Area of responsibility A exciting area of responsibility awaits you with an extensive commercial portfolio, which you will manage competently from A-Z together with an administrative assistant. You develop strategies for the successful letting and management of the properties and are responsible for corresponding budgets. You are in regular contact with the owners and tenants. In addition, you coordinate the maintenance of the buildings with caretakers and craftsmen. The administrative assistant is led by you. Your qualifications Further training as a property manager with a federal diploma (eidg.
