As a central contact person, you connect apprentices, practical trainers, parents, and schools and ensure a smooth flow of information. Your tasks * Recruitment & Support: Responsibility for the selection, counseling, and promotion of apprentices * Training Quality: Ensuring and continuously developing a contemporary training model * Concept & Project Work: Developing concepts as well as committed support for projects * Deployment Planning: Planning and coordinating the assignments of the apprentices; setting up and operating the learning laboratory * Internal Training: Conducting practice-related training within the framework of practical assignments * Implementations & Projects: 10--20 % for cross-departmental implementations and project work Your Profile * Completed Professional Qualification: Hauswart/-in with eidg.
