Junior Road-Rail Excavator Dispatcher (m/f/d) #

Your position ##

• Support for the planning of excavators as well as the head of the personnel rental department in Zurich in all administrative tasks and during important events
• Contact person for additional equipment for our road-rail excavators, flatbed trailers and transports
• Ensure optimal communication with carriers, project managers, site managers, construction managers and employees
• Monitoring the working hours of assigned employees
• Preparation of reports and invoicing of machines and equipment
• Participation in the design and organization of training days as well as improvement events
• Monitoring company vehicles regarding compliance with maintenance intervals
• Management of correspondence in planning
• Support during incoming telephone calls in planning
• Replacement in case of absence within planning
• Ensure on-call service

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training in the commercial or technical field
• Additional training as a dispatcher, technical salesperson or in a business school is an asset
• First professional experience as a dispatcher is an advantage
• Ideally aged between 18 and 25 years
• Assured mastery of German; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
• Taste for working with IT applications
• Good mastery of MS Office products (Word/Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and pleasure in working with people
• Reliable, precise and efficient way of working
• Autonomy with ability for self-control and problem-solving in new situations
• Good oratorical skills and power of persuasion
• Participation in continuous training
