Trainer Application Training, 60-100 %

The Amt für Zusatzleistungen der Stadt Zürich (AZL) ensures the provision of an adequate material existence for low-income Zurich AHV and IV pension recipients. For the training of our employees and third parties from other Zurich municipalities, we are looking for one or two highly committed and motivated personalities, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

In this demanding role, you will independently plan and organize the system training for our calculation program for additional benefits (ZLPro) as well as other specialist applications. You will conduct the training methodically, didactically, and efficiently, while actively developing the training landscape towards modern blended learning formats. With your strong flair for knowledge transfer, you will provide targeted support to course participants and take their individual level of knowledge into account. Preparing and designing training materials and work instructions according to needs is as much a part of your daily work as permanent further training through the consultation of the relevant legal bases and work instructions.

Profile ##

Technical Qualifications and System Competence

• Sound specialist knowledge: Many years of practice in the relevant area of responsibility as well as in-depth knowledge in the area of additional benefits for AHV/IV (ZL) and adjacent social insurances.
• Analytical skill: Strong enjoyment of working with numbers as well as the willingness and interest to work in-depth and expeditiously into the specialist system ZLPro and other tools.

Knowledge Transfer and Digital Didactics

• Enjoyment of knowledge transfer: Strong ability and motivation to train employees in a targeted, motivating, and supportive manner.
• Didactic qualification: A degree in the field of adult education or didactics or the express willingness to acquire this qualification promptly.
• Affinity for Blended Learning: High interest in digitalization and the willingness to actively and committedly convert the conception and implementation of all courses to contemporary blended learning formats.

Way of Working and Personal Competencies

• Independence and decision-making competence: Several years of professional experience in an independently responsible area of work, combined with high decisiveness and a confident, convincing appearance.
• Social competence and empathy: A strong interest in socio-political issues as well as a sound, appreciative understanding of the specific concerns of elderly people and people with disabilities.
