Sales Controller

For an internationally active company in the consumer goods environment in the Zug region, we are looking for an analytically strong and numbers-oriented personality. In this role, you will take responsibility for sales controlling and act as an interface between Finance, Sales, and Operations. The focus is on financial management, analysis of business developments, as well as the co-design of planning and decision-making processes as Sales Controller ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Business Partner for Sales and Operations with active contribution of financial perspectives • Ongoing reporting, variance and ad-hoc analyses, as well as preparation of decision-making bases • Participation in cross-departmental projects with a focus on process optimization and further development of controlling structures • Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and integrated sales and trade investment planning • Creation and further development of customer profitability analyses including ensuring correct system mapping • Analysis of cost structures in the operations area (logistics, material costs, events) and derivation of measures Qualifications & Competencies • Completed business administration studies (Uni/FH) • Several years of experience in controlling • Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams in a sparring partner role • Analytical, structured, and precise way of working with high initiative • Very good German and good to very good English skills • Very good Excel skills as well as experience with SAP/BI, Hyperion is an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a central role in a dynamic controlling department.
