Childcare Specialist (80-100 %) - Kinderkrippe Wirbelschloss, Zürich The Genossenschaft Migros Zürich is looking for a Childcare Specialist for a permanent position for its Kinderkrippe Wirbelschloss at Pfingstweidstrasse 101 in 8005 Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement. At Wirbelschloss, the children and their individual needs are the focus. In three mixed-age groups, we care for children from the age of three months until they start kindergarten. Together with another specialist and an apprentice, you accompany up to ten children per group and create a daily routine for them full of security, stimulation, and individual support. You shape a varied, age-appropriate nursery daily routine, observe and document the children's developmental steps, and maintain a trusting cooperation with parents and legal guardians. Together with the team, you ensure a safe and appreciative environment and contribute to team meetings as well as pedagogical further development. Organizational and domestic tasks in the daily group routine are also part of your activity. In addition, you accompany our apprentices and guide them competently in their daily training. You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or an equivalent pedagogical education. Initial professional experience in supplementary family childcare after the apprenticeship is an advantage. You speak German at a business level and bring experience in pedagogical and interdisciplinary cooperation. With your warm, empathetic, and patient manner, you engage with children, families, and caregivers from different cultures. You work independently, responsibly, and reliably, are a team player, and enjoy accompanying children in their development with creativity.
