Clerk Inventarisation / Kindesvermögen 80-100%

For our Abteilung Inventarisation / Kindesvermögen, we are looking for an experienced specialist starting 1. February 2027 or by arrangement. The Abteilung Inventarisation / Kindesvermögen records the income and asset circumstances of the persons concerned as of the reference date. To this end, it prepares inventories of assets, estates, and child assets.

Tasks ##

• You independently and autonomously create inventories of the assets to be managed, as well as inventories of assets, estates, and child assets.
• You conduct hearings with relatives and heir representatives regarding asset matters, including competent advice and minute-taking.
• You perform property and inheritance law clarifications and process complex technical questions and problems related to inventories in a solution-oriented manner.
• You record assets in apartments and lockers.
• You draft decisions for the authority.
• You support the department management in the development and implementation of new guidelines and processes.

Profile ##

• Sound commercial or comparable training, supplemented by further training in the areas of notary, finance and accounting, auditing, taxes, fiduciary, or social insurance (Eidg. Fachausweis FA or CAS).
• Several years of professional experience in financial and legal matters, preferably in a division of assets (Teilungsamt), notary's office, tax office, or in social or similar areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, even in demanding situations.
• Independent, responsible, and precise way of working.
• Confident use of the MS-Office suite.
