What you will move with us ## As Legal Counsel IT & Commercial, you are a sparring partner for our specialist departments and support our teams in contract design for innovative software solutions. You advise our internal stakeholders on a variety of economic law issues and develop pragmatic solutions with a focus on our operational business. In doing so, you work closely with our specialist departments, sales, and external specialists and contribute to ensuring that Ergon can continue to act securely and successfully in the market in the future. • Examination, creation, and support during negotiation of customer, supplier, and partner contracts (including SaaS, license, project, support, and maintenance contracts, GTCs as well as NDAs) • Legal advice to our specialist departments on contract, data protection, and economic law issues • Assessment of legal risks as well as development of pragmatic and entrepreneurial solution proposals • Support of Sales and specialist departments in tenders, offers, and contract negotiations as well as support of the entire contract process • Support in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements, for example in the context of DSG/EU-DSGVO, DORA or FINMA • Cooperation and coordination with external law firms and specialists on complex legal issues • Further development of contract templates, internal guidelines, and processes • Conducting training and raising awareness of employees on legal topics such as data protection and contract management • Support in topics related to information security and compliance, for example in connection with ISO 27001 or data protection requirements What you already bring with you ## • University degree in law or comparable • Several years of professional experience (ideally at least five years) as an in-house lawyer or Legal Counsel • Sound knowledge of contract law as well as experience with IT, software, SaaS, or cloud contracts • Ideally knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector (e.g., FINMA, DORA) as well as in data protection law (DSG/EU-DSGVO) • Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment in accompanying legal issues in an understandable and solution-oriented manner • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as high communication and advisory competence • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form *M, w or d?
