We are looking for our client, a real estate company in Limmattal, immediately or by arrangement, at an 80-100% workload, for a reliable and committed Senior Real Estate Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of an interesting commercial portfolio • Contact person for tenants, owners and craftsmen • Care of the property, also much on-site at the property • Budgeting and investment planning for rental income, maintenance and renovation • Control of rent and utility cost statements • Support in debt collection and dunning Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or similar • Degree as Eidg. dipl.
