Junior Dispatcher Road-Rail Excavator (m/f/d)

Your job ## • Support of excavator dispatch as well as the Head of Personnel Leasing Zürich in all administrative matters and during important occurrences • Contact person for attachments of our road-rail excavators, low-loader trailers and transports • Ensuring optimal communication with freight forwarders, project managers, construction managers, foremen and employees • Monitoring the working hours of the assigned employees • Creation of reports and invoicing of the machines and equipment • Co-design and organization of training days as well as continuing education events • Control of company vehicles regarding compliance with maintenance intervals • Processing of correspondence in dispatch • Support with incoming telephone calls in dispatch • Substitution during absences within dispatch • Performing on-call service Your profile ## • Completed basic training in the commercial or technical field • Further training as a dispatcher, technical merchant or at a commercial school is an advantage • Initial professional experience as a dispatcher is an advantage • Ideally between the ages of 18 and 25 years • Proficient German language skills; foreign language skills in French and Italian are an advantage • Enjoyment of working with IT applications • Good user knowledge of MS-Office products (Word/Excel) • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people • Reliable, exact and efficient way of working • Independent way of working with the ability for self-control and problem-solving in new situations • Good rhetorical skills and persuasiveness • Participation in continuing education We offer ## • Career entry • Gain an interesting insight into the world of railway technology • Targetedly implement learned as well as acquired specialist knowledge into practice • Collect your first professional experiences in a dynamic environment • Actively support in a varied area of responsibility • Benefit from internal as well as external continuing education • A pleasant working environment in a future-oriented company
