IT Supporter / IT System Engineer (f/m/d), 80-100%

We are looking for solution-oriented IT makers

This is your task:

• Overall responsibility at emineo for 1st-level/2nd-level support for our 200 employees in Switzerland (Baar and Zürich) and Spain (remote)
• Support areas: hardware (laptop, peripherals, printers), VMs (Windows and Linux), laptop operating systems (Windows, partially Linux/MacOS) and Office 365 applications
• Cooperation with the site managers and our external IT providers for 3rd-level support
• Setup/configuration of new laptops and workstations
• Participation in projects (internal and customer projects)
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Evaluation and procurement of hardware, software and peripherals

What you bring with you:

Technical

• Completed IT apprenticeship and experience in IT support (at least 4-5 years) in the mentioned tasks
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (AD, EntraID, Azure, Sharepoint, Exchange, Intune/Autopilot and Teams telephony). Advantageous: Linux Server and MacOS
• Knowledge in the area of Windows Server and IaaS infrastructure
• Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2).

French is an advantage

• High quality standards, pronounced customer orientation and helpfulness
