Walter Buchmann – that is 150 employees in the own manufacture in Brüttisellen and in the 12 branches and cafés in the city of Zürich. That is well over 100'000 customer contacts per month. Traiteur Employee Night, 100%

Our manufacture will be located in a new location in 8047 Zürich starting from 7 October 2026. Here, all breads, salty and sweet baked goods and traiteur items are produced by hand. For the day shift, we are looking for reinforcement!

Requirements:

• Experience in the traiteur, kitchen or food sector
• Enjoyment of quality and of one's own contribution to truly good products
• Independent, clean and efficient way of working
• High reliability and absolute punctuality may be expected
• Good oral German skills (min. level B2)
• Start of work possible from 19.00
• Willingness for shifts on weekends

Tasks:

• Filling salad bowls
• Making sandwiches
• Operating bread slicing and meat slicing machines
• General cooperation in production
• Tidying up and cleaning the production rooms according to plan
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
