Die Stiftung Arbeitskette operates seven gastronomy businesses in Zürich and Schlieren. With around 80 specialists, we create approximately 160 adapted training and work positions for people with health and social restrictions.

Your contribution for real perspectives:

• Accompanying insured persons of the IV in their integration and support process with the goal of integration into the first labor market
• Creation and optimization of professional application dossiers (CV, motivation letter and other application documents)
• Support in job searching and the application process
• Preparation for job interviews and accompaniment if required
• Case management and process responsibility according to the target agreements of our clients
• Motivation, accompaniment and coaching of our trainees on behalf of the IV, in the Stiftung Arbeitskette or at our external partner companies
• Active acquisition of suitable partner companies in the first labor market and maintenance of our network of external partners for internships, follow-up solutions and Supported Education
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with our integration team, the vocational trainers and the HR specialists
• Writing interim and final reports for the commissioning bodies.
• Cooperation in the further development of our offers, processes and instruments

Your profile - With heart and competence:

• You have a completed vocational training as well as training or further training in the social sector (Case Management, Jobcoaching, Arbeitsagogik, Arbeitsintegration); further training (CAS) in coaching or comparable is desired
• With your joy and experience in the professional integration of people with special life paths, you bring valuable knowledge to our team
• Thanks to your experience in independently responsible case management and your skillful reporting, you contribute to the success of our coachees
• Experience in the area of the IV as well as knowledge of the Swiss school and vocational education system are an advantage
